Counting Continues

I find it odd that my politically attentive friends keep stating that Mahan and Porter "should have dropped out weeks ago," instead of the 50+ candidates who diverted 168,000 votes; tens of thousands still voted for Swalwell and Yee, despite the fact that they DID drop out.

 What we have here is a system that needs more civil and effective communication around our democratic process overall. We should not have to depend upon some so called "benevolent billionaires" to rescue our democracy.

 Maybe it is our mindset about money in every aspect of life, not just politics, that needs adjusting. Is it a means to an end, or a beginning?
